I don't know about the rest of you, but for one weekend only, I'm a Beaver fan. I know they're not likely to win in the Coliseum, but it makes Oregon's path to the Rose Bowl a lot easier. If Oregon State wins and we lose next week vs USC, we'll still hold the inside track for a BCS bid. OSU isn't as likely to win the rest of its games at USC is, and isn't likely to beat us if it came down to a head-to-head matchup. I'm really looking forward to this game, and hope the Beavers can pull another upset; but I think USC is gonna be out for some serious revenge this year, which is never good for any teams' chances. |

Haha I would have to agree with you but a part of me wants USC to remain a one loss team till we face them it just seems like there would be more meaning to the game but then again it would be nice to see USC struggle for the Rose Bowl. Well we will find out many things this weekend. |

we would definitely increase our rep beating a 1 loss USC team, which would help put us as a long-shot for the NC, but the safer road to the Rose Bowl definitely comes with an OSU win. Either way, I think the Ducks are running the table, so it should be moot. |
