So it is clear that Stanford is no push over and they have one of the deadliest running back in Pac-10, you all know the name Toby Gerhart. So we are pitting two of the most prolific rushing offense in Pac-10 against each other, let us hope the Ducks win out on this one. Plus it is extra special for Stanford since this win will make them bowl eligible, making it important for the team to be focused. The news about Blount has been circulating, especially the one about how he might be in for the Stanford game but I don't see him coming back just yet. So predictions and comments? |

This will be a great match up of a team that has a bruiser and a team that has a crafty agile fast RB. Gerhart is a guy who is not gonna do a lot of east to west running it's all down hill running when you are a Bruiser like this guy is. Now James has just never stopped impressing since he took over for Blount. He has set freshamn single game rushing records this season. To think Oregon has had some good backs in the last few seasons so this kid is gonna be awesome for Oregon. GO DUCKS |

We will see Blount soon I think. Nice that there is no hurry. I was worried he was going to have to come back as a defensive back! Great to see Mr. Ward get 10 tackles on Halloween. |

Well that didn't work out so well ! It's pretty hard to run the table in the Pac10 with so many good teams in the hunt when you're wearing a TARGET. Have to give Stanford credit for being able to keep the ball away from the Ducks and following their game plan (bye week didn't hurt either) The Ducks are still in the "drivers seat" for the Pac10 championship as long as they follow Coach Kelly's game plan and take it 1 @ a time...let the loss be a stimulas to work hard and focus on ASU !!!! GO DUCKS !!!!! |
