Will LG's return to the Ducks create a positive or negative for the team? Personally I feel CK has handled this situation very well from the start considering the uncharted territory and all the controversy involved. It's easy to be an "arm chair QB" and look back w/out any weight on your shoulders as so many people seem willing to do!  At first I disagreed with the total suspension fm play but admired CK for letting LG stay with team and keep his scolarship....I felt 1 or 2 game suspension was fair. As time passed and CK reevaluated the suspension and opened the door for reinstatment with his conditional "ladders" and I had even more respect for CK. LG has met the conditions set out for him by CK and hopefully he realizes how easy ones furture can go "south" with a lapse in judgment...for this he has earned back the PRIVILAGE to play for the Ducks. I don't feel that he will create any distraction for the team by coming back as long as he realizes he comes back at the bottem of the depth chart. Only hard work and and continual appreciation for what CK and his teamates have given him will help him become a better player and person. GO DUCKS!!!! I smell roses!  |
